You can choose from either 1 session a week or 2 sessions a week depending on your goals. After an initial consultation where we discuss exactly what you are aiming to achieve, I will then be able to plan us appropriate sessions to undertake at the gym. Over these 4 weeks you will learn a lot about form and technique whilst seeing and feeling progress physically and mentally. Are you ready to achieve?
