1 -2- 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Firstly we would have a consultation where I would find out abit about you, your lifestyle, what you want to achieve, eating habits, exercise likes and dislikes. It’s just generally a great ice breaker for you to talk to me and me to talk to you. We would then take measurements and weight. Then with this info I would be able to plan an appropriate session to suit your wants targets and goals.

LOCATION

The sessions take place at Simply Gym , where there is a range of equipment for us to use. Having the face-to-face training session you will be pushed by myself to achieve Absolute Fitness. 

PLANS

The sessions will be different each week, so you learn an array of exercises and techniques which you can then implement into your own workouts.
